Hiconnex (Pty) Ltd has been in existence since January 1983 and operates from offices based in Centurion (Gauteng). With 28 years of experience in the cable and connector industry Hiconnex is equipped to provide a personalized service of excellence to all our current clientele as well as prospective customers.
Hiconnex caters for a niche market, targeting the high end of the electronics market and have a full range of RF and Microwave components to support this. Hiconnex has a full range of Harness management products.
Not only do we have an extensive product range of DSUB connectors, we also have one of the largest ranges of Coax connectors, Arinc connectors, Coaxial cable and wire. This enables Hiconnex to cover a vast area of the market especially for the Military, Aviation and industrial industries. We have long-standing relationships with our customers, which include Aerosud, Denel Aerospace Systems, SAAB Avitronics, SAAB Grintek, ATE, Reutech, BAE, Thales only to name a few.
In addition to all of the above, we are agents for Radial, Nicomatic, Axon, FCT, Glenair, Trompeter, Alpha Wire & Cable, DSG Canusa, Trompeter, Bedea, Micro-Coax, Kontek-Comatel, Alpen Deutsch and Souriau, to mention but a few, and are therefore at an advantage of being able to provide Technical support behind each specialized product and have an exceptional after sales support system.
Hiconnex has become the primary agent for Souriau in South Africa. Souriau is one of the top 5 worldwide manufacturers of connectors in its field of activity and have trained and assisted Hiconnex in setting up its local assembly line for MIL-26482 and MIL-C38999 in a short space of time. Hiconnex put a talented and qualified team together that is hugely customer-driven, providing quality customer service.
