Series 171 MicroStrips
Now available with latch clips, Series 171 MicroStrips are intended for high reliability board-to-wire I/O and wire-to-wire applications. Rugged twistpin contacts are housed in molded thermoplastic strips from 1 to 30 positions. Choose solder cup, pre-wired or printed circuit board termination.

Micro-D Metal Shell Printed Circuit Board Connectors
Glenair supplies the entire range of popular PCB connectors, including vertical and right-angle through-hole versions as well as new surface mount designs. Choose from .100 in. pitch density products or our new .075 in. high-density connectors.
Low Profile Single Row Metal Shell Microminiature
Reducing connector package size, particularly connector height, is a priority for miniaturized electronic modules. Glenair supplies our low-profile, single row Micro-D connectors in all the popular designs, including solder cups, pre-wired pigtails, and through-hole PCB designs.
Combo Micro-D For High Power Applications
Glenair's Combo Micro-D's combine the reduced size and weight advantages of the Micro-D shell with power contacts for higher power requirements. Choose from solder cup versions and pre-wired assemblies.
Micro-D Filter Connectors
Glenair offers C and Pi filter arrays in seven filter classes and six layouts. Choose from solder cup versions, pre-wired pigtails, in-line filter adapters and printed circuit board versions.
Micro-D Glass-Sealed Hermetic Connectors
Glenair is the industry leader in the fabrication of fused-glass Micro-D hermetic connectors. Connector shells and contacts are machined from Kovar®, an iron-nickel-cobalt alloy. Choose from the weld mount version with solder cup contacts or the O-Ring equipped flange mount design.
Micro-D Special Applications and Modifications
This section of the catalog presents a range of common connector modifications available on most Micro-D designs. Use the provided mod-codes to create part numbers for connector with the Mod 474 Keying option, the Mod 497 Ground Spring option, the Mod 428 200® C Continuous Temperature option, and the Mod 429 Space Grade option.
MIL-DTL-83513 Micro-D Connectors
Glenair's Complete Micro-D Product Line includes all M83513 Micro-D connectors. Choose Solder Cup, Pre-Wired or PCB versions. Glenair M83513 connectors always use TwistPin contacts for high performance.
MWD Series Micro-D Plastic Shell
Choose from solder cup connectors for in situ termination to a range of pre-terminated connector assemblies, including insulated wire and solid wire designs. Plastic Micro-D's are smaller and lighter than the MWDM metal shell versions, but are not equipped with interfacial seals.
Micro-D Backshells
Glenair supplies the broadest range of Micro-D backshells and connector accessories in the world. Choose from EMI banding backshells with round and elliptical cable entries to shield socks, potting shells, and strain-reliefs. Selected designs are offered in split shell versions and/or in composite thermoplastic.
Micro-D Uni-Saver, Hardware and Accessories
Glenair not only manufactures the complete range of Micro-D connectors, we also make all the accessory products as well, including connector savers, dust caps, rubber boots, shorting adapters, jackscrew kits and more.
MWEB Edgeboard and MWKQ Circular
Over the years Glenair has introduced a number of special purpose versions of our TwistPin Micro-D's to meet unique customer requirements. This section of the catalog includes .050 in. pitch motherboard-to-daughterboard "EdgeBoard" connectors, and our line of MWKQ circular connectors — all featuring our standard TwistPin contact and precision shell technologies.
Series 89 Nanominiature Connectors
The next step down in size and weight, .025 in. pitch Nanominiature connectors are designed for use in extremely small electronic modules. These connectors meet the performance and intermateability requirements of MIL-DTL-32139. Glenair supplies pigtail versions and PCB versions both with 1 AMP current rating, 70 VAC RMS operating voltage. The product accepts #30 and #32 wire sizes.
